We know you have a lot of questions! Here are some of the most common ones.
We will be updating this page regularly throughout the year as more things pop up.

WHEN DOES THE CONFERENCE START AND END?

On-site registration (check-in) begins on Friday, February 2nd at 3:00 pm and there are some optional events during this time. The ballroom doors will open at 6:30 pm, and the Conference officially kicks off at 7:00 pm. We will conclude by noon on Sunday. More details will follow in early January.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds. Tickets sales only cover part of our budget; we fundraise for the remainder. Additionally, Abide is not a profit-making organization. Leftover funds at the end of the conference are used to pay deposits for the following year. Thank you for your support and understanding; we know that this is an investment, and we are grateful for your trust.

Are tickets transferable?

Yes! You may transfer your ticket to another attendee. To do so, use this form here.

IS MY HOTEL ROOM INCLUDED?

You're admission ticket covers everything listed in the "What's Included" section under Conference Details. It does not include a hotel room. We highly recommend staying onsite if possible to enhance your retreat experience.

What should I bring?

  • A refillable water bottle

  • Snacks if desired (all Saturday meals & Sunday brunch are provided, but we do not provide snacks. If you are staying onsite, all hotel rooms have a refrigerator.)

  • A sweater, hoodie, or light jacket–the Ballroom will be chilly, particularly if we have cold weather
