Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2024 Abide Catholic Women's Conference. Abide is a biennial gathering of Catholic women in south Louisiana. The vision of Abide is for all Catholic women to know the joy of friendship and community in their walk of faith, so they may evangelize others in the confidence of His love.
On Monday, February 13th, we will invite Catholic vendors interested in featuring their products to submit their application according to the schedule below:
Monday, February 13: Vendor application window opens.
Friday, May 26: Vendor application window closes.
Friday, June 30: Vendors are notified of the outcome of their applications.
Friday, July 14: Vendor fee deadline.
Monday, August 7: Vendors are announced to all Abide social media channels and our website.
Friday, February 2, 2024: Abide Catholic Women's Conference begins.
The 3rd Abide Catholic Women's Conference will be held from Friday, February 2-Sunday, February 4, 2024, in Lafayette, Louisiana, at the Doubletree by Hilton hotel, located at 1521 W. Pinhook Rd., Lafayette, LA 70503. The vendor shop will be open off-and-on from Friday at 3:00pm until Saturday at 7:00pm. There will be no shopping on Sunday. Hotel rooms are not included in your fee. You are welcome to book a room at the hotel. A link for booking will be provided upon acceptance for those who need it.
Please note:
Vendors must have at least one person at their table who is at least 21 years old.
In order to move the vendors to the Ballroom Floor and increase the traffic they will receive, space is limited. We will accept 12 vendors and each will have one 8-foot table.
