Fr. Blake Dubroc,
Conference Chaplain

Fr. Blake Dubroc was raised in a small farming community in Marksville, LA. He graduated from LSU and operated his own insurance agency before entering the seminary. Father was ordained a priest in 2018. He served as a parochial vicar for three years before being appointed Director of Vocations and Seminarians for the Diocese of Lafayette, LA.

Mary Bielski,
2024 Conference Keynote Speaker

Mary Bielski, national speaker and evangelist, has spoken to over 100,000 adults, young adults and teens all across the nation at parish missions, ministry trainings, retreats and conferences including. Mary has her masters in Theological Studies from Notre Dame Seminary in New Orleans, LA. Through her gift of evangelization and engaging preaching, Mary draws her audience to the beauty of our Catholic faith, a deeper love for Christ and the Eucharist, and the call to holiness.

Sr. Josephine Garrett, 2024 Conference Keynote Speaker

A native Texan, she graduated from the University of Dallas with a BA in Political Philosophy with a Business Concentration and entered the banking industry for 10 years. She was raised Baptist and entered the Catholic Church in 2005. Later, in November of 2011, she began her formation to be a religious Sister. In November of 2020 Sister Josephine professed her final vows as a Sister of the Holy Family of Nazareth. She is a licensed counselor, serving as the school counselor for the cathedral grade school in Tyler, TX and also in private practice. Sister has also served in vocations ministry and as a national speaker for youth and young adults.

Betsy Hoyt,
Speaker & Fitness Instructor

Betsy Hoyt is a life-long Catholic, “retired” homeschool mom, personal trainer, nutrition coach & Pietra Fitness PRO Certified Instructor, who has worked in the wellness industry for 17 years. Betsy guides women of all ages to experience and live-out sustainable wellness practices. Betsy’s integrative approach incorporates the virtues of femininity into each wellness plan she designs for her clients. Betsy has been married to her husband, Craig for 30 years and they have two grown sons. She and her husband currently reside in Huntersville, NC.

Danielle Noonan,
Worship Leader

Danielle Noonan began leading music at the age of thirteen at her small church in east Texas. She now travels the country sharing her music, speaking, and leading worship with thousands of youth and adults. Danielle brings people of all ages together using her music, testimony, and storytelling, giving light to the importance of an authentic prayer life, being hopeful in all things, and unity amongst the Body of Christ. Danielle lives with her husband and her three boys outside of Houston on their small family farm, Soggy Boots Farm.

Jill Simons,
Lagniappe Speaker

Jill Simons is a wife and mom of four enjoying family life in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is also the Executive Director at Many Parts Ministries, an organization that helps individuals understand their unique role in the Body of Christ by discerning their charisms. As part of her role at Many Parts, she enjoys podcasting, mentoring others, and traveling the country speaking. Additionally, she is the founder of Pink Salt Riot, where she still serves as Creative Director.
