Thank you for your interest in being a Swag Bag Partner for the 2024 Abide Catholic Women's Conference! We invite Catholic shops interested in featuring their products in our 2024 conference swag bag to submit this application below. Swag Bag Partners agree to donate 600 of the same item to the Abide Catholic Women's Conference to be given to all participants, staff, and volunteers. In return, if chosen as a partner, we will include your business in our marketing before, during, and after the conference to our 3,000+ social media followers and 500 conference attendees.
Here is our swag bag partner schedule:
Monday, March 27: Swag Bag Partner application window opens
Friday, May 26: Swag Bag Partner application window closes
Friday, June 9th: Applicants are notified of the outcome of their applications
Monday, November 6: Partners are announced to all Abide social media channels and our website
Friday, December 1: All swag items must be received. (Shipping address will be provided to accepted partners.)
Friday, February 2, 2024: Abide Catholic Women's Conference begins

Items can be received by Abide as early as Friday, September 29, 2023. We have ample storage space that is not climate-controlled, and limited space that is climate-controlled.
