2024 Conference Details

If you are selling or giving your ticket to another lady because you are unable to attend, you must fill out this form: Abide Ticket Transfer

• T-shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed for tickets purchased or transferred after December 30th, but we will do the best we can! If this applies to you, we will wait to give you your shirt until Saturday once everyone is checked in. We hope to be able to give you the size you desire at that point.

• Suggested Items to Pack:

  • Light sweater or jacket–the temperature in the Ballroom can be hard to maintain if the outside temperature is extremely cold.

  • Refilable water bottle

• Food Tip:

  • Friday night dinner is not included in your ticket. The hotel restaurant will be open, and there are other restaurants within walking distance from which to choose. 

• Pietra Fitness:

  • Betsy Hoyt will be with us for Abide, offering a wonderful fitness experience. You can read more about it here: PIETRA FITNESS

  • Please bring an exercise mat if you plan to participate.

• Lagniappe Talks

  • Instead of breakout talks, we are offering three times of "Lagniappe Talks." These are fun, optional, and do not need to be selected prior to the conference.
    

• Parking:

  • In the event that the hotel parking lot is full, please park at the overflow lot, located at the AMG building at 101 La Rue France, Lafayette, LA, 70508. The hotel shuttle will bring you to the hotel.

  • We highly encourage carpooling if possible!
